YEREVAN, Armenia, Nov. 13, 2025 /Christian Newswire/ — The inaugural Republic of Armenia Prayer Breakfast will convene in Yerevan on Saturday, November 15, 2025, bringing together more than 300 distinguished participants from Armenia and abroad featuring government, diplomacy, business, and faith leaders.

This landmark event, initiated and organized by Armenian civil society, seeks to strengthen dialogue, reconciliation, and cooperation grounded in Armenia’s historic Christian identity and commitment to peace, moral leadership, and religious freedom.

Looking toward the future, the Prayer Breakfast seeks to inspire a vision of Armenia as a global leader in advancing religious freedom and prosperity—a nation grounded in faith and open to partnership, innovation, and peace.

The Honorable Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will deliver the keynote address, reflecting on Armenia’s heritage as the world’s first Christian nation and the importance of personal faith in shaping public life and service.

Among the featured speakers are Pastor Jim Garlow, faith leader and author, and Mariam Ibraheem, human rights advocate and survivor of religious persecution.

Organized independently by Armenian civil society, the Prayer Breakfast is not a government event but a collective expression of faith, unity, and shared moral vision. The Armenian Apostolic Church’s participation, alongside other Christian denominations in Armenia, reflects the spirit of peace and cooperation that defines the gathering.

“This is a moment for Armenia and for all who stand with her to look forward in faith and prayer,” said Stepan Sargsyan, Chair of the Organizing Committee. “The Prayer Breakfast is a spiritual event, rooted in Armenia’s enduring Christian heritage and its commitment to moral leadership and renewal.”

The Republic of Armenia Prayer Breakfast joins a global tradition of prayer gatherings that bring together leaders to reflect, pray, and seek moral clarity for the challenges of our time.
